All you need is the following information.

1. The mobile phone number of the phone you are unlocking.
2. The IMEI serial number. This can be identified by typing *#06# on your keypad or looking under the battery.
   (The IMEI number consists of 15digits).
3. The handset model. Eg. 7210
4. The current network operator, i.e. O2, Orange, Vodafone, T Mobile.
